  • EU hosting: database, file storage, and server functions run exclusively in Frankfurt, Germany.
  • Minimal plaintext surface: only organizational metadata such as timestamps and identifiers is unencrypted.
  • Data-subject rights built in: full export and permanent account deletion are app features, not support tickets.

How signing works

  1. You download the document package.
  2. Your school reviews the documents, ideally together with the data protection officer.
  3. You send us the signed DPA by email. We countersign and you receive the countersigned copy as a PDF for your records.
