Scope

This policy covers the website edunizer.de. The application at app.edunizer.de has its own privacy policy, published there.

In short

This website sets no cookies, embeds no third-party services, uses no analytics or tracking, and stores nothing on your device. Fonts are served from our own server, not from Google Fonts. There is consequently no consent banner — there is nothing to consent to.

Server log files

The website is served via Firebase Hosting (Google Ireland Limited). Access data is processed as a technical necessity: IP address, timestamp, file requested, volume transferred, referrer and user agent. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR; the legitimate interest is the secure and stable operation of the website. This data is not combined with any other source.

Processing and third-country transfers

A data processing agreement is in place with Google. Any transfer to third countries takes place on the basis of the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

Fonts

The fonts used (Figtree, Outfit) are served locally from this server. There is no connection to Google Fonts and no IP address is transmitted to Google.
