Scope

This policy covers the website edunizer.de. The application at app.edunizer.de has its own privacy policy, published there.

In short

This website sets no cookies, embeds no third-party services, uses no analytics or tracking, and stores nothing on your device. There is consequently no consent banner. There is nothing to consent to.

Server log files

The website is served via Firebase Hosting (Google Ireland Limited). Access data is processed as a technical necessity: IP address, timestamp, file requested, volume transferred, referrer and user agent. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR; the legitimate interest is the secure and stable operation of the website. This data is not combined with any other source.

Contacting us by email

If you write to us by email, we process your email address and the content of your message in order to answer your enquiry. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR where the enquiry relates to a contract, and otherwise Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR; the legitimate interest is answering your enquiry. Messages are deleted once your enquiry has been fully dealt with and no statutory retention obligation applies.

Processing and third-country transfers

A data processing agreement is in place with Google. Any transfer to third countries takes place on the basis of the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
